I have lived in Nanaimo since 1994 and have raised my two children here. I love what Nanaimo has to offer; endless beauty, recreational activities right at your doorstep and a beautiful waterfront community with the best location on the Island.
Nanaimo as a ‘Hub’
Nanaimo is truly a “hub” that connects you to the West Coast, Central and Northern Vancouver Island and Victoria. Access to Nanaimo has never been easier with the options of an18-minute floatplane from Vancouver, two Mainland BC Ferries routes and a well serviced airport. Nanaimo is a wonderful, affordable community with a laid back lifestyle. Everything you need is only a few minutes away; it has a small town feel with all the amenities necessary.
Marketing and Sales Experience
My past experience includes working for over 20 years in advertising sales with Tourism Vancouver Island. The expertise I have acquired in understanding marketing has been an excellent transferable skill for promoting real estate. I am currently in my 4th year as a realtor with Royal LePage Nanaimo Realty and am very happy to have made this change as it has given me the ability to work in an industry that I am passionate about.
My Promise
Buying and selling real estate is one of the largest decisions an individual will make from a financial and emotional level. My promise to my clients is to make the process as seem less and as stress-free as possible in a transaction that can be complex and take a lot of energy from the buyers and sellers. Having personal experience in selling and purchasing real estate enabled me to determine what is important as a client and I believe strong communication is crucial. I pride myself on providing updates and letting my clients know what is happening throughout the process along with being proactive throughout the transaction. As much as this business can be transaction focused, my personal focus is people and helping them achieve their goals.
